What does the quoted price include?

Answer: The price quoted includes collection, disposal and a guarantee certificate.

I have heard that some waste contracts are very difficult to terminate. Will I be tied into a long term contract?

Answer: PSP Incineration does not tie clients into lon-term contracts unless it is the wish of the client to do so. We are happy to work with all our customers in whichever fashion suits them best.

Are their any hidden extras?

Answer: We always endeavour to make all changes clear and up-front. In unusual cases an admin fee may be applicable to certain materials, but you will be informed of this prior to their disposal if we are made aware of their presence.

What are the payment terms?

Answer: Our standard payment terms are 14 days although we often ask new clients to pay up-front the first time they use our services before moving them onto our standard credit terms.

Does PSP provide a duty of care/waste transfer note?

Answer: PSP does provide these, as well as a guarantee certificate.

What do I do if I have any problems after the waste collection service has started?

Answer: After collection if you realise that something has incorrectly been removed for disposal there will be approximately 3 hours before the disposal takes place. During this period you may get in touch in order to request proceedings are stopped.

Please ensure all your waste is checked and is definately in need of disposal before we arrive to avoid this eventuality!
